The H E B Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) has a winner selection process that is stated in the official rules:
HEB Monthly Drawings
- Each quarter, thirty (30) random winners are selected.
- Five (5) winners are selected from each H-E-B market region in Texas.
